Fanno Creek Trail moves forward with mid-block crossing at Hall Boulevard
Dominique Fong, The Oregonian - June 27, 2012After high cost estimates knocked aside initial plans for a bridge or a tunnel, the Fanno Creek Trail may instead get an experimental mid-block crossing -- the cheapest alternative -- at Southwest Hall Boulevard.
Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District board members last week approved the decision 4-0, with member Bill Kanable absent.
